Section 32
Cannot serve elsewhere
: (1) Doctors, health workers or employees working in government hospitals and health institutions are not allowed to serve elsewhere during the time specified by the relevant body.
(2) If any doctor, health worker or employee wants to serve elsewhere during the time other than the time mentioned in sub-section (1), the prior approval of the concerned body shall be obtained.
